Mark your calendars, on 13 November 2025, Cascada Marbella will host a very special evening: our 6-Hands Dinner, crafted by chefs Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde in collaboration with Victor Delpierre. For those who prefer the daylight, a 6-Hands Lunch will also be available the next day on 14 November 2025.
Known for his exceptional work as a mixologist and creator of edible beverages, Victor Delpierre adds an innovative dimension to fine dining. This 6-hands will be the meeting of three culinary minds, where the Lagarde brothers’ creativity merge with Victor Delpierre’s talent for transforming liquid flavours and textures into art. Every element of the menu has been designed to surprise: sauces, infusions, foams, and cocktails take centre stage, creating a dialogue between solid and liquid, familiar and unexpected.
This special 6-Hands edition will be a unique culinary experience, where Delpierre’s cocktails enhance the Lagarde’s dishes. Dinner will be priced at €100, with a recommended cocktail pairing at €45, while the 6-Hands Lunch will be available at €50 plus €20 for the pairing experience. Both are reservation-only, and seating will be limited to maintain the intimacy and exclusivity that define Cascada’s events.
