With longer days and warmer evenings, it’s the perfect season to enjoy Cascada Marbella. This April, we’re excited to announce that we are now open every evening for dinner, seven days a week—so you can experience our seasonal menu whenever you like.
As we now have new opening hours, we thought we’d offer our lunch menu during all lunch services. Of course, you can still enjoy our à la carte or degustation menu, but if you wanted our lunch menu, it’s now available—even on weekends!
For only €32, enjoy a 3-course lunch with a choice of two starters, two mains, and two desserts, all celebrating fresh, seasonal flavors:
Starters:
- Cauliflower velouté – A silky blend of cauliflower with Ajo Blanco, pickled cauliflower, mint olive oil, and crisp radish.
- Confit purple carrot – Slow-cooked in its own juices, served with roasted carrot purée, bright orange-carrot vinaigrette, and fresh parsley.
Mains:
- Cebolla Boffard – A modern take on French onion soup with slow-caramelized onions, rich onion jus, sourdough croutons, and a delicate espuma of Cantabrian Boffard.
- Marinated chicken thigh – Roasted to perfection with garlic jus and a fragrant lemon-thyme oil.
Desserts:
- Île Flottante – Airy meringue resting on lavender crème anglaise with pistachio praline.
- Burst of blueberries – A vibrant mix of blueberry compote, sangria gel, Granny Smith apple, and crisp meringue.
