Spring is finally here, and with it comes a new energy at Cascada Marbella. As the days grow longer and warmer, our surroundings come back to life. Flowers begin to bloom, the river flows, and the soft sounds of crickets and frogs return, creating the perfect natural backdrop for unforgettable moments.
This season also brings a fresh new touch to our terrace, with brand new shades making the space even more comfortable to enjoy throughout the day. We’re especially excited about it, as our outdoor spaces are something we truly care about and put a lot of love into

Available from Thursday to Sunday, it’s the perfect way to experience seasonal cuisine in a relaxed and natural setting.
Of course, our à la carte and degustation menus remain available, but for those looking for a complete and balanced experience, our lunch menu is an ideal choice.

Asparagus & Kiwi
Blanched green asparagus served with fresh kiwi and a parsley & rocket sauce. A fresh vegetal dish balancing acidity, bitterness and green flavours.

A season full of moments to celebrate
Spring at Cascada is not only about long lunches and beautiful surroundings. It also marks the beginning of a very special time of the year for us.
Wedding season is just around the corner, we have been preparing for months for our 2026 celebrations. We can’t wait to bring these moments to life.
At the same time, Le Patio is now open every Friday and Saturday, weather dependent, offering yet another way to enjoy Cascada this spring.
