Credit Card for Booking
To ensure a seamless dining experience, we may request credit card information to secure your reservation. Rest assured, your card will not be charged at the time of booking; it’s solely to hold your table.
Cancellation Policy
You have the flexibility to make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. For changes made after this 24-hour period, we will charge a fee per person missing from the original booking. In the case of cancellations or a no-show, we will charge the deposit’s total amount. These measures ensure fair treatment to both our guests and our capacity planning. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Late Arrival Policy
We prioritize an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. Due to our commitment to maintain efficient service, we have a maximum cover capacity per time slot. Guests arriving late risk waiting for their tables, as their late arrival could exceed our capacity limitations. We appreciate your cooperation in arriving on time to ensure a seamless dining experience for everyone.
Special Events
For special events, we may require a higher credit card guarantee than usual, or even full prepayment. Our cancellation policy may also differ from our standard practices. In these cases, we ask guests to carefully read the conditions displayed in the booking module at the time of making the reservation. The specific payment and cancellation details will also be included in the confirmation email once the booking is completed.
