We’re happy to announce that Le Patio, our seasonal pop-up restaurant at Cascada Marbella, will reopen its doors from the 1st of July to end of September. Nestled among fig, lemon, and orange trees, this little corner of the garden has become one of our favourite places to spend summer evenings: relaxed, simple, and full of flavour.
Le Patio is all about outdoor dining in good company, with a menu that celebrates Mediterranean ingredients and the rhythm of long, warm nights. Over the years, a few dishes have become true classics, so much so that our guests won’t let us take them off the menu!
Like our Burrata and Figs Salad, served with fig confit and pistachio pesto, an ode to the fig tree that grows right in the patio. Or our slow-cooked BBQ Pork Ribs, grilled and glazed to perfection, which somehow feel just right when shared around a lively table. And for something new (and vegetarian-friendly), try our Leek with Pistachio XO Sauce, a dish that’s as creative as it is satisfying.
The atmosphere at Le Patio is special, with its cascading river, chillout music, guirlands and candles… And on Sunday evenings, we’re especially excited to welcome back José Ortega, our favourite guitarist, who’ll once again be filling the air with his music during dinner.
We can’t wait to share another summer with you at Le Patio. It’s not about big statements, just good food, a great setting, and the joy of being together.
