February 26th at 19:00For one night only, our chefs Jacques & Mathieu Lagarde have created an exclusive four-course menu, carefully paired with wines and spirits selected to perfectly complement each dish: all for 45€!
The evening begins with a lemongrass and basil gin tonic, fresh and aromatic, awakening your senses and preparing your palate for what’s to come.
Followeb by a pargo, accompanied by warm and crusty bread extra virgin olive oil.
The journey continues with a Chardonnay that perfectly complements the sea bass and tender lobster, served in a rich fish bone bisque with a touch of lobster oil.
For the main course, the chefs present a slow-cooked pork collar, infused with Iberian jamón jus and accented with hazelnut condiment. Paired with a Pinot Noir de Haute Côte de Nuit Louis Auguste.
The night closes, with a pomegranate and pink pepper gin and coffee Negroni, served with an incredible butny hay crème brûlée.
The flavors mingle beautifully and the perfect ending to an unforgettable evening.

Every course will be presented personally by the chefs at the table, sharing the inspiration behind the dishes and making the evening interactive and memorable.
The event takes place inside Cascada, offering an intimate and cozy atmosphere with its fireplace.
