We have great news…we’ve just introduced our new Cosy Winter Lunch menu at Cascada Marbella. Now that there is a slight chill in the air, what could be more enticing than enjoying a delicious midday meal in the glow of our flickering fire or in the winter sunshine on the terrace.
Cascada is a magical venue, no matter what time of year and you are guaranteed that every detail of your surroundings, service and specially prepared menus are designed to delight you. Whether you want to treat yourself (because you are worth it!), taking a quick break from shopping or taking your staff out for a business lunch, we have the perfect solution.
To excite your tastebuds and celebrate the wonderful local produce, we have created a brand new three course menu, offering a choice between two starters, two mains and two decadent desserts, all for just 32€.
You’ll find it difficult to decide between pumpkin & Pipian sauce, inspired by the traditional Mexican ‘Pipian’ sauce, featuring sweet slow cooked tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, cloves, cinnamon and aromatic star anise. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can start this culinary adventure by trying the Cauliflower with white garlic, peppermint oil and radish.
The mains are equally enticing winter warming dishes, offering a choice between lemon chicken with garlic and thyme or onion and Boffard soup (our chef’s interpretation of French onion soup) rich with the sweetness of caramelised onion, Boffard cheese from Cantabria and croutons.
For the perfect finish to your meal, dive into a dessert of floating islands, with coffee custard and hazelnut praline or indulge in a delicious blueberry and oregano compote with Sangria gel, Granny Smith apples and meringue.
As our menu is seasonal, fresh and sourced locally, some of the dishes may change from day to day, which means there could be another of chef’s favourite winter dishes to tempt your tastebuds.
