They come from different countries, different cultures, and different culinary backgrounds, but every day they share ideas, techniques, stories, and a passion for great food.
On Wednesday 17th June, we invite you to discover the people behind the plates.
Welcome to ALL STARS.
A one-night-only dinner where each chef will present a dish inspired by their country of origin, creating a menu that travels across continents through flavour, memory, and identity.
This is not a traditional guest chef event. It is a celebration of the team that has built Cascada together over the years.

Meet the Chefs
For this special edition, our kitchen becomes a meeting point of cultures.
From Mexico, Ecuador, Kenya, Spain, France, and Romania, each chef brings a piece of home to the table. Their roots, memories, favourite ingredients, and personal stories are reflected in every dish.
For one evening, they step out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the chefs, learn more about their cultures, and experience a side of Cascada that is normally hidden behind the kitchen doors.
The Menu
The journey begins in Mexico with a fig mole and ancho chili adobo, before travelling to Ecuador for a smoked humita crisp with sweet corn and Gris Montaña cheese.
From there, we move to Kenya with sea bass, coconut, tamarind, mango, and red onion, followed by a Málaga-inspired goat dish from Spain served with aromatic bone jus and rustic potatoes.
A French pre-dessert of Granny Smith apple, blue cheese, and caramelised walnuts refreshes the palate before the evening concludes in Romania with traditional papanasi, homemade goat cheese doughnuts served with sour cherry jam and fresh cream.
Why This Evening Is So Special
The idea behind ALL STARS is simple.
Our chefs have spent years learning from one another, sharing knowledge, helping each other grow, and building the spirit that defines Cascada today.
This dinner is their chance to create something together.
Not as representatives of a restaurant, but as themselves.
For one evening, each chef will share a piece of their own story through food. The dishes are personal, the atmosphere will be relaxed, and the people cooking your dinner will be there to meet you and celebrate with you.
It is the first time our entire kitchen team comes together in this way, and honestly, they are as excited about it as we are.
