After three unforgettable editions, Wine & Spirits Club returns to Cascada Marbella for another evening designed to surprise, delight, and bring food and wine together in perfect harmony.
Fourth Edition – Bodegas Muga & Ordóñez

For this new edition, our chefs Jacques & Mathieu Lagarde present a seasonal menu created in collaboration with Ordóñez and the iconic Bodegas Muga, one of Spain’s most respected family wineries.
Enjoy a four-course menu with expertly paired wines, designed to highlight the character of each dish, for €55.
Guests will begin the evening with a tomato consommé, served as an elegant aperitif and paired with Conde de Haro Brut Rosé. Light, vibrant and full of purity, it offers a bright and refined start to the evening.
The first course presents a beautifully fresh carpaccio of sea bream, delicately arranged and complemented by the subtle sweetness of strawberries. Paired with Muga Rosado, the dish balances freshness, fruit and a gentle maritime elegance.
Next comes Baby Potatoes, a dish that transforms baby potatoes through three different preparations: confit, mashed and crisp-fried. Served with a silky garlic sauce, caramelised shallots and pickled onions, it is a comforting and deeply flavourful course, perfectly paired with Muga Blanco.
For the main course, tender abanico ibérico takes centre stage. Full of flavour, it is served with a meat jus and a herb salad that brings freshness to every bite. Muga Red Crianza provides the perfect accompaniment, with structure, depth and elegance.
To finish, the chefs present a chocolate trifle, layered with contrasting textures, paired with Muga Reserva Special Selection that rounds off the evening with warmth and indulgence.
Throughout the dinner, exceptional wines from Bodegas Muga will accompany each course, enhancing every flavour and bringing each pairing beautifully to life.
