A Tradition Built Around Food, People and Time
Valentine’s Day at Cascada Marbella has become something we truly look forward to each year.
Not because of the date itself, but because it brings together chefs who enjoy cooking together, and guests who enjoy sharing a table, simply and naturally, in our garden.
On February 14 and February 15, we will host our third Valentine’s 6-hands dinner and lunch, with Jérémie Falissard, alongside our own chefs Jacques Lagarde and Mathieu Lagarde.
We are also proud to count on Distribuciones Ordoñez as our fantastic sponsor for all our 6-hands events, supporting these collaborations year after year and accompanying the menu with their wines.
A Story That Started in the Kitchen
The three chefs first met on the Top Chef show.
Since then, they have stayed close and continued to cook together whenever they could.
This Valentine’s marks the third year in a row they come together at Cascada for this special occasion.
They are all top-class chefs, and they truly enjoy cooking together, with 6 hands in the kitchen. The menu is always a surprise, shaped by their shared energy and the pleasure they take in cooking together, with two versions: a complete tasting menu for dinner, and a more laid-back version for lunch the next day.
For us, having them reunited again for Valentine’s is something we truly look forward to each year.
February 14 — Valentine’s Dinner
On Friday, February 14, we will serve a tasting menu created together by the three chefs, especially for the occasion. The menu will follow the season and their shared approach to food: generous, precise, and full of flavour. Throughout the evening, live guitar by José Ortega will accompany dinner. Bromance, Love & Friendship
On Saturday, February 15, we continue with a lighter lunch format, inspired by the same collaboration. This lunch is about friendship, shared moments, and enjoying good food without rushing.
