Jérémie’s culinary journey began with Barrocco, a restaurant inspired by the South of France and infused with Spanish influences, before he went on to establish Foiegwa, where he blends French classics with an American touch. Renowned for his innovative approach, Jérémie is a true artist in the kitchen, with a diverse portfolio that spans from bars to creative restaurants. We’re excited to see his passion and creativity come to life in our kitchen, alongside our chefs, Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde, whose friendship with Jérémie began on Top Chef France and has only grown stronger since.
