Following the success of our previous collaborations with chefs Jeremie Falissard and Alexandre Marchon, we’re excited to continue our tradition of hosting exceptional 6 Hands culinary events. Wilfried is a chef who had the opportunity to work hand in hand with chefs such as Thierry Marx, Alan Taudon, Guillaume Goupil, Rodolfo Guzman, and Buddha Lo. Through his diverse experiences worldwide, Wilfried has developed an international culinary expertise, including French, European, Asian, South American, and Levantine cuisines.
This time, Wilfried, alongside our own talented chefs Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde, will delight your senses with a carefully curated menu featuring creative dishes such as Beef Tataki with Black Garlic, Prime Rib Cecina, Ceviche, Pluma Ibérica and Olive Oil Financier with Roasted Melon Marmalade.
