Jacques, Mathieu, and Jean first met during their time on Top Chef, and since then, they have continued to collaborate and create unforgettable experiences together.
Last year, Jacques & Mathieu had the pleasure of visiting Jean at his restaurant in Paris. Now it’s our turn to welcome him to Cascada.

The Menu
For this occasion, the three chefs have created a special menu to be enjoyed exclusively during these two services, combining their styles and passion for flavourful cuisine.
This event is proudly supported by Eladio Frutas y Verduras, whose exceptional products help bring each dish to life.
Guests will enjoy a specially created menu for the occasion, starting with an Iberian pork terrine with hazelnuts and pickled radishes, followed by marinated eggs with caviar and anchovy, and a selection of country bread and saucisson. The experience continues with a fragrant bouillabaisse and a rich stuffed cabbage with duck, pork, and foie gras, before finishing with a light Fontainebleau cream and indulgent profiteroles with vanilla ice cream, pistachio praline, and chocolate sauce.
