Cascada Marbella is thrilled to announce our next 6-Hands Dinner, featuring the exceptional chef Albane Auvray. As with our previous events, the evening will showcase a unique set menu crafted by our two resident chefs, alongside our talented guest chef. At just 24, Albane has already earned a stellar reputation in haute cuisine, blending fresh, natural ingredients with flawless technique, all inspired by her passion for nature and French terroir.
Albane is also the co-founder of Groot, an innovative street food restaurant in Paris specializing in creative pastries. Together with her friend Hugo Riboulet, winner of Top Chef 2023, she has brought high-end culinary experiences into the casual dining scene, showing that fine dining can be both fun and accessible without compromising on flavor and presentation.
This dinner promises an extraordinary culinary collaboration, as Albane joins forces with our resident chefs, Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde. Together, they have crafted a tasting menu that not only reflects Albane’s creativity but also highlights our chefs’ commitment to delivering dishes that excel in both flavor and sophistication.
On October 26th, you will have the chance to experience a special evening in our beautiful nature-surrounded space. Some of the most anticipated dishes include the Cobia Gravlax with Citrus and Horseradish, a fresh explosion of seasonal flavors, and the iconic Beef Wellington with Foie Gras and Cabbage, a reinvented classic that will elevate your dining experience.
For dessert lovers, Albane brings her signature Tahitian Vanilla Rice Pudding, the dish that won over the judges on Top Chef. With the touch of Jacques and Mathieu Lagarde, this creation combines unexpected textures and flavors, including mushrooms and orange.
Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of this unique event, where passion and culinary innovation come together at Cascada Marbella. Reservations for the 6-Hands Dinner with Albane Auvray are now open.
