Close your eyes for a second.

Remember that smell? Chicken cooking on a Sunday, filling the house with the promise of something delicious. Everyone gathering around the table, the anticipation of that first bite, the crispy golden skin, the juicy meat, the irresistible urge to eat with your hands...

Some memories aren't just remembered. They're smelled, tasted and felt.

Our chefs Jacques and Mathieu have spent years in some of the finest kitchens, mastering techniques, exploring flavours and creating sophisticated dishes.

But above all, they're family men. And despite their fine-dining experience, some of their greatest pleasures remain the simplest.

Like a really, really good grilled chicken.

The kind that brings everyone together. That you share, eat with your fingers, fight over the crispiest bits and enjoy down to the very last bite.

So they've decided to dedicate an entire Sunday to it.

Three days of preparation. One Sunday of pure pleasure.

Great chicken takes time. And Jacques and Mathieu aren't taking any shortcuts.

Day 1: A full day in brine, to season the chicken and help keep every bite beautifully juicy.

Day 2: Slowly cooked until the meat becomes wonderfully tender.

Day 3: Cooled, then finished on our signature grill for that irresistible golden, crispy skin and smoky flavour.

Three days of patience for something wonderfully simple.

Rich, comforting, indulgent. The kind of chicken that makes you close your eyes after the first bite and forget about your cutlery.

No fuss. No pretence. Just really, really good chicken.

And who knows? If enough of you come and love it as much as we do, we might just make this a monthly Sunday tradition.

Because some pleasures deserve to be repeated.

Come hungry. Bring your favourite people. And don't be afraid to lick your fingers.
