For 40€ per person, we’ve created a Christmas menu that feels special but never complicated: seasonal flavours, beautiful presentation and a touch of comfort in every dish.

Starter (to share)
- Baby potatoes, prepared three ways: confit, mashed and fried. Simple, elegant, and full of flavour.
- Eggplant tempura: with sugar cane honey gel and goat cheese mousse. A little crisp, a little creamy, very Cascada.
Main Course (choose one):
- Grilled sea bream, served with potato purée and green salad
- Grilled Piri Piri chicken, served with potato purée and green salad
- Courgette risotto
Dessert:
- Cheesecake, classic, smooth.
